WHO WE ARE
The Student Government Association of Salisbury University is a body of student leaders committed to representing and advocating for the entire undergraduate population of our campus community.
Established in 1945, our mission will always be to listen to you, the students, and use your voices to help manifest positive change for the entire campus. In striving to achieve this mission, we collaborate with fellow pillars of university shared governance, other student organizations, and individual students to create an understanding and inclusive space for students to voice their concerns and work toward lasting change.
Our organization is dedicated to making SU an institution where the call of every Sea Gull is heard and equally valued. Our office is located in the Guerrieri Student Union (GSU) Room 130, and we welcome all campus community members with any questions or concerns, or those interested in joining us in this mission, to please contact us or visit our office!
OUR VISION
The SGA is dedicated to instilling Sea Gull Pride
in all students through our active involvement and engagement with fellow SU organizations and the entire student body.
Our organization sponsors events, supports clubs and organizations, and advocates for the concerns of the student body by embodying the motto of "Live, Learn, Lead" to selflessly serve students. We aim to inspire change in all aspects of SU's campus to further student success across the university. We represent all students and their views, thus creating a better and more inclusive experience for all with a greater sense of Gull Pride.
